Bardwell High School historically served the city of Bardwell in Carlisle County in western Kentucky. The small Mississippi River region community supported local school athletics as a central part of town life. As consolidation occurred across Carlisle County, the city school was replaced by the countywide Carlisle County High School, which now serves students from Bardwell and surrounding communities.
