Campbellsburg High School historically served the city of Campbellsburg in Henry County in north-central Kentucky. During the early and mid-twentieth century many small Kentucky communities operated their own high schools and athletic teams. Campbellsburg fielded boys basketball teams that competed against nearby town and county schools. The school eventually closed as Henry County consolidated its secondary schools, with students later attending Henry County High School in New Castle.
