Catlettsburg High School historically served the city of Catlettsburg in Boyd County, Kentucky at the confluence of the Big Sandy and Ohio Rivers. The school represented the community in athletics including boys basketball during the early and mid-twentieth century. The school eventually closed when Boyd County consolidated its schools, with students later attending Boyd County High School.
