The Dilce Combs Memorial High School is located in Vicco in Perry County in eastern Kentucky. The school opened in 1954 and was named in memory of Dilce Combs, a local educator and civic leader. Serving students from surrounding Appalachian communities, the Dilce Combs Cobras boys basketball program competes in the Kentucky High School Athletic Association.
