About Edmonson County

Edmonson County High School is located in Brownsville in Edmonson County in south-central Kentucky near Mammoth Cave National Park. The school opened in 1959 following consolidation of several smaller community high schools. The Edmonson County Wildcats boys basketball program competes in the Kentucky High School Athletic Association and represents a rural county known for tourism and agriculture.
