Fredonia High School historically served the town of Fredonia in Caldwell County in western Kentucky. During the early decades of Kentucky high school athletics the community maintained its own local high school and athletic teams including boys basketball. The school later closed as Caldwell County consolidated its schools into Caldwell County High School in Princeton.
