Fort Thomas High School historically served the city of Fort Thomas in Campbell County in northern Kentucky. Early athletic records in Kentucky sometimes referenced schools by city names before modern district names became standardized. High school athletics in Fort Thomas later became represented by Highlands High School, which serves the Fort Thomas Independent School district.
