Hazel Green High School historically served the community of Hazel Green in Wolfe County in eastern Kentucky. During the early decades of Kentucky high school athletics the town maintained its own local high school and boys basketball program. The school later closed when Wolfe County consolidated its schools into Wolfe County High School in Campton.
