About Henry County

Henry County High School is located in New Castle in Henry County in north-central Kentucky between Louisville and Lexington. The school opened in 1968 following consolidation of smaller county high schools. The Henry County Wildcats boys basketball program competes in the Kentucky High School Athletic Association and represents communities throughout the rural Bluegrass county.
