Lexington Catholic High School is located in Lexington in Fayette County in central Kentucky. The school opened in 1951 as part of the Roman Catholic Diocese of Lexington. The Lexington Catholic Knights boys basketball program competes in the Kentucky High School Athletic Association and represents one of the region's prominent private school athletic programs.
