Lily High School historically served the community of Lily in Laurel County in southeastern Kentucky. The rural school fielded athletic teams including boys basketball during the early and mid-twentieth century when many small communities operated independent high schools. The school later closed when Laurel County consolidated its schools into larger county high schools.
