Marrowbone High School served the Marrowbone Creek area near Elkhorn City in Pike County, Kentucky. The school operated during the mid-twentieth century and represented the rural coalfield communities of eastern Pike County in athletics including boys basketball. Marrowbone High School closed in 1976 when Pike County consolidated several smaller schools to create East Ridge High School.
