About Oneida Baptist Institute

Oneida Baptist Institute is located in Oneida in Clay County, Kentucky. Founded in 1899 by Baptist missionaries to serve Appalachian students, the boarding school has operated for more than a century and includes a high school program. The Oneida Baptist Institute Mountaineers boys basketball program competes in the Kentucky High School Athletic Association and represents the historic mountain school in eastern Kentucky.
