Scottsville High School historically served the city of Scottsville in Allen County, Kentucky. The school fielded athletic teams including boys basketball before Allen County consolidated its schools. Students from the Scottsville area later attended Allen County High School and eventually Allen County-Scottsville High School following further consolidation.
